OEM customer needed a field retrofit solution for an industrial PC mounted in a custom enclosure to be mounted on the end of a swing arm. The prior vendor had discontinued the PC leaving the OEM in a difficult situation. We selected a B&R industrial PC for its unique, compact design and its assured long term availability.

This was a complete, turnkey solution designed and assembled by MSI. We also specified and procured the components for inclusion in our custom control panels. We designed a custom Aluminum enclosure sized as small as possible to minimize weight. We also designed a custom, hinged cover for access to the floppy drive (to support legacy equipment).
